We had an amazing experience at the suit store. Our guy helped us immediately upon walking in (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name, associate number 384 on our receipt). He knew my husband’s size right away and got us two suits that worked out perfectly. Great customer service. Highly recommend this spot.

Khalil was the best help with choosing a suit, shirt, shoes and belt. The suit requires minor adjustments. Fits almost perfect off the rack. He listened to what I needed and brought me perfect items from what I provided. 10/10 best spot to get a suit in Philadelphia!

Every 3-4 years I need a new suit for like 3 things and when I go to put it on 3 years later, it no longer fits. I was tired of spending 600+ a pop at the Men's Warehouse so I popped in here after remembering their 200-300 price point and much more unique styles. I walked in, and with Mahmoud Adam as my salesperson, I found an awesome suit that he had fitted, tapered, and ready to go in less than 2 weeks. It was complimented over and over at the wedding we were at, and 2 friends want to come down to get a suit for themselves when I told them all in it was around 350$. Great place, will return when I am in need of another suit.

Barry Jackson: the only name you need to know when buying a men’s suit in Philly. He is the ultimate, old-school, dapper, and knowledgeable professional salesman. Textbooks could be written and classes taught based on his customer service - you’ll be hard pressed to find anyone better than him, and if you do, I’ll eat my left shoe. Very nice suits AFFORDABLY priced & Barry will have you in and out of there in 17 minutes. No pressure, no up selling…just a personal connection that will leave you feeling and looking good. I’m confident that I’ll be a customer for life.

I visited your store on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Barry Jackson was my style consultant. He was so knowledgeable about men’s suits and style that I bought two. His professionalism and friendliness has made The Suit Store Outlet my go to place for a new suit. I highly recommend this place.

Khalil this is a great customer service. He made me walk in the store Phil like you know it’s a regular day and now I feel as if I’m Bill Gates son this man got me feeling and looking the best of my life in my late 40s from the Haward the store is the greatest. Khalil is very professional. He bring elegance to the customers and it shows happiness and interest in the customers feelings I love him for that. He’s the best.

Getting a suit here was a great experience overall. This isn't high-end luxury stuff, but for the price I paid I got excellent service and good value. The whole experience was solid, I felt like I was in good, professional hands with the staff. I was pleased with the turnaround time on alterations and the quality of the suit, especially for the price. Definitely reccomend if you're looking for good value and want an easy shopping expericne.

I made the mistake of thinking I could fit into my wedding suit 11 years later, so I was in a pinch for a black tie Wedding tonight. I popped into the store looking for something that looks great but is affordable, and wow am I glad the Suit Store was my first stop. The amazing consultant Kahlil was immediately helpful, and sized me up perfectly without even taking a measurement. I locked in a suit, shirt, belt, a new pair of socks for a great price in under 30 minutes. Five stars, will recommend! Thanks for th excellent service Kahlil!

The sales associate Adam was great. I needed a last minute suit for tomorrow morning and within 1 hour I had a brand new suit tailored to my size. Adam showed me a couple different options and gave his honest professional opinion. This is the 3rd time I have been to this store and it won’t be my last. Abdoul and Barry had also helped me in the past. All of these guys know their stuff. Highly recommend.
